EYELASH EXTENSIONS
HOW LONG CAN EXTENSIONS LAST?
Classic lashes can typically last 3-4 weeks while volume lashes can last 4-6 weeks. This is due to the difference in the technique when applying.
HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY LASHES?
First 4 hours after extension, do not let your lashes touch water. Try not a to rub your eyes or sleep sideways on your face. If you want to use an eyeliner or makeup remover, please use a water-based products.
HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE?
It can take up to 2-3 hours as we will need to attach the extensions strand by strand. Please allocate an additional 30 mins if removal is required.

EYEBROW SERVICES
HOW LONG CAN EYEBROW MICROBLADING LAST?
Eyebrow microblading can typically last for 12 to 18 months, inclusive of one touch up within the first 3 months.
HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY EYEBROWS?
The skin around your eyebrows will temporarily sensitize after the procedure. Do not let any water, lotion, soap, or makeup touch your eyebrow area during the first 7 days after your procedure. Please wash your face carefully around the eyebrow without getting water on the treated area. During the shower, keep your face away from the shower head or take a bath.
HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE?
It can take up to 3 hours which also includes waiting time for the numbing cream to set in..

SALON POLICY
J.Lashes staff and stylists goes through every effort to ensure your experience with us is as enjoyable as possible. We value you and your time. Your appointments are very important to us and they are reserved specially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we have instituted the following policies to make your time with us a memorable and lasting one.
LATE ARRIVALS
We value and appreciate your time with us, and we make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. Thus, out of respect for our clientele, services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored only at salon discretion.
CANCELLATION
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. As such, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations are made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. We thank you for your kind understanding.
TOUCH UP
Touch up appointments are for lashes that have been treated properly as per aftercare instructions and have at least 50% of existing eyelash extensions. As such, we only allow one touch up session within 2 weeks for Classic style, and within 3 weeks for any other styles.
AFTERCARE SERVICES
If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please call and schedule within Five days from the original service date for a touch up. All touch up requests made will be under the discretion of management approval. The redo policy doesn’t cover a change in the style. We do not offer refunds for any services.
